On Saturday we were off to another wedding - I believe our seventh since July, with one more next weekend. What a crazy wedding season it's been! The ceremony took place outside in a beautiful garden setting, although the pretty white tent hung with chandeliers and equipped with space heaters was much appreciated. I think the high was in the forties!

This scarf is proving to be one of the most versatile accessories in my closest. I was having trouble figuring out what to wear to the wedding since I knew we would be outside. It can be hard to find something warm enough but still festive. I sort of just pieced this together, and adding the scarf seemed to help bring it together.
I got this pretty wool coat in a random little shop in New York a few years ago. I think it was a hot day in August or something, totally not jacket buying weather. But I thought the back of it was so unique, I couldn't resist. I had no room in my suitcase so they shipped it home for me. It's super heavy and warm with a damask print silk lining. I was excited to break it out for the first time this year.
The wedding was so beautiful, and it was fun to catch up with Dusty's family. Cheers to Ashley and Justin!
